Fariba Gharai, MD

Double Board Certified General and Cardiovascular Surgeon

Board Certification is an extra step that many doctors choose to take to demonstrate that they know the latest advancements in their specialty. Board Certified doctors demonstrate their desire to practice at the top of their profession and deliver high-quality care to their patients. Fariba moved to the United States after high school. She then pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at George Washington in DC. This prepared her for medical school while giving her time to learn English and focus on her goals. Going to medical school in Chicago and the following eight years of training in cardiovascular surgery, her dreams and passion became a reality. After becoming a board certified cardiovascular surgeon, Fariba has spent most of the next 15 years in Florida, spending some of that time in California. Fariba has always had a passion to help people feel better and improve their quality of life. Coming to the United States helped her to get closer to those dreams.In the last 15 years as a cardiovascular surgeon she has been able to diagnose and help her patients to have a better quality and more fulfilling life. Dr Gharai’s continues her passion by using her skills to personally help people Look Good and Feel Good. That’s why Dr Gharai personally does all types of injections, from Botox to Juvederm or any desired product. Dr Gharai continues her same passion and dream to Educate, Prevent and Treat all of her clients at Vein & Aesthetics Center of Tampa Bay

Dr. Denniz Zolnoun

Double Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

We are proud to welcome Dr. Denniz Zolnoun, a nationally recognized leader in sensory neurophysiology of the urogenital region and one of the earliest formally trained fellows in Minimally Invasive Surgery. With over two decades of academic and clinical experience, Dr. Zolnoun has dedicated her career to bridging research and patient care, founding the ZenNovid Foundation to accelerate innovative treatments. She has held prominent faculty positions and ongoing collaborations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Duke, where her work has focused on developing advanced, nerve-sparing surgical techniques and pioneering approaches for managing complex urogenital pain — collaborations she continues to maintain actively today. At our Tampa center, Dr. Zolnoun offers specialized care for patients with persistent pelvic pain, complications after childbirth or surgery, and pain related to conditions like IBD, autoimmune diseases, and dermatological disorders. She is Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fluent in English, Turkish, and Farsi.

Anna Aga, PMU

Anna lives in the Tampa Bay area. Originally, she graduated from the David Pressley School of Cosmetology specializing in highlighting and makeup. As she pursued her desires of helping clients feel beautiful, she continued her studies of permanent makeup, specializing in Microblading and Lip Blush. She completed her Microblading Certification in Orlando Fl. Together with her training, experience and her ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with people from any background and inspire by example are only a few of the qualities she has to offer at the Vein & Aesthetics Center of Tampa Bay.

George Leroe, MBA

Practice Administrator

George lives in the Tampa Bay area and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. He brings years of extensive medical experience to VAC. He will help to grow the vein business and manage the office. When not in the office you can catch him running, traveling, or playing with his 4 dogs.
