Fariba Gharai, MD

Double Board Certified General and Cardiovascular Surgeon

Board Certification is an extra step that many doctors choose to take to demonstrate that they know the latest advancements in their specialty. Board Certified doctors demonstrate their desire to practice at the top of their profession and deliver high-quality care to their patients. Fariba moved to the United States after high school. She then pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at George Washington in DC. This prepared her for medical school while giving her time to learn English and focus on her goals. Going to medical school in Chicago and the following eight years of training in cardiovascular surgery, her dreams and passion became a reality. After becoming a board certified cardiovascular surgeon, Fariba has spent most of the next 15 years in Florida, spending some of that time in California. Fariba has always had a passion to help people feel better and improve their quality of life. Coming to the United States helped her to get closer to those dreams.In the last 15 years as a cardiovascular surgeon she has been able to diagnose and help her patients to have a better quality and more fulfilling life. Dr Gharai’s continues her passion by using her skills to personally help people Look Good and Feel Good. That’s why Dr Gharai personally does all types of injections, from Botox to Juvederm or any desired product. Dr Gharai continues her same passion and dream to Educate, Prevent and Treat all of her clients at Vein & Aesthetics Center of Tampa Bay

Minea Akbal, CCE, CME

Medical Aesthetician / Licensed Electrologist

Minea hails originally from Cincinnati, Ohio but made the move to Tampa six years ago, accompanied by her two beloved fur companions. Her journey into the world of skincare and makeup commenced during her formative years when she gleaned invaluable wisdom from her mother, who was a Mary Kay enthusiast. Nine years ago, she took a significant step in her career by graduating from the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Cincinnati, earning her advanced esthetician license. In 2018, she furthered her expertise by obtaining an electrolysis license from the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa. Minea remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics realm by actively pursuing continuous education opportunities and attending seminars to stay abreast of the latest techniques, products, and modalities. She has cemented her reputation as one of the most esteemed professionals in the Tampa Bay area. Her extensive knowledge of skincare and laser treatments ensures optimal results for her clients. Above all, Minea is dedicated to results-driven skincare and maintains the highest ethical standards to ensure her clients always feel comfortable and welcomed in her care. Her enthusiasm for her clients' transformations is palpable, often expressing it with the exclamation, 'You're glowinggg!' – a testament to her genuine excitement for their success.

Tasha Ruiz, CCE, CME

Medical Aesthetician/ Licensed Electrologist

Tasha's journey began in Connecticut, but she spent her formative years in Puerto Rico before her family's move to Tampa, Florida. At the tender age of 13, Tasha's fascination with skincare took root as she began assisting friends and family with their own skincare routines. This early interest sparked the idea of turning her passion into a lifelong career, driven by her genuine desire to help others look and feel their best. Consequently, she pursued a path as a Medical Aesthetician. Her dedication and commitment to her craft shone through as she graduated at the top of her class at the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa. Tasha's primary focus revolves around assisting her clients in achieving their unique skincare objectives while enveloping them in a tranquil and soothing environment. Her meticulous attention to detail and extensive knowledge of Medical Grade products, along with her expertise in various modalities, empower her to deliver personalized treatments and solutions for each individual. It's these qualities that undeniably distinguish her in her field.

Anna Aga, PMU

Anna lives in the Tampa Bay area. Originally, she graduated from the David Pressley School of Cosmetology specializing in highlighting and makeup. As she pursued her desires of helping clients feel beautiful, she continued her studies of permanent makeup, specializing in Microblading and Lip Blush. She completed her Microblading Certification in Orlando Fl. Together with her training, experience and her ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with people from any background and inspire by example are only a few of the qualities she has to offer at the Vein & Aesthetics Center of Tampa Bay.

Rosalie Golson, RVT

Rosalie lives in Tampa. She got her education of Florida State University. Furthering her education of the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Tampa. Her work experience has provided her with an excellent foundation for success as a Registered Vascular Technologist. Her ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with people from any background, and inspire by example are only a few of the qualities she has to offer at the Vein & Aesthetics Center in Tampa Bay.
